Is the potluck at Zilker for anyone and everyone? If it is, any specifics on what to bring? I've been wanting to get way more active in the Occupy movement and the recent eviction has only fed that fire.
Oh my gosh, yes! It is an outreach potluck. We are all trying to bring friends who we think would enjoy being part of Occupy. We are at a critical point in Austin, now that the police have cracked down hard. We need new members, friends, activists, supporters, etc.
You can bring food, but aren’t required to. We’ll try to bring enough for everyone. The potluck will be in the Pecan Grove section of Zilker starting around 11 or 11:30 ish on Sunday.
Please come! Bring friends!
